W Amsterdam

W HOTELS, AMSTERDAM PRE-LAUNCH, NYC, AUGUST 2016

In celebration of W Hotel’s newest European portfolio property, we developed a summertime experiential platform that brought a taste of the Amsterdam hotel to key global markets. Inspired by select iconography found in the canal city, from its hausboots and bikes to its music scene and culinary landscape we created a sunset cocktail party held at New York’s riverside hangout Grand Banks. Guests were welcomed onboard by a fleet of custom-uniformed model sailors sporting the original brand mark generated for the program. On deck, attendees enjoyed tunes by DJ Mia Moretti and a delectable menu of oysters, champagne and bitterballen as the sun set over the Hudson.
